The high throughput Rice mapping, from the determination of chromosome to the mapping pf gene domain, offers various types of analysis according to your request.
We have just completed the development of Rough mapping markers and are now preparing Semi-fine and Fine mapping markers. We also provide for order made markers, which enables the analysis at a particular site. Rough Mapping roughly determines the area of the gene (upstream, midstream, or downstream) within two weeks.

The isolated genomic samples taken from at least 20 individuals of F2 population which show the same phenotype as the target one and are the cross-bread of Japonica and Indica (mutation x wild type or wild type x mutation).
Use the Dneasy Plant Kit from QIAGEN for DNA isolation or any other kits that ensure the equal quality. Each sample should be adjusted up to 40ng/ul. Required minimum amount of the samples is 50ul.
