Inplanta Innovations Inc. offers mutated gene mapping services and/or the help for QTL analysis by using "high through-put gene mapping system based on SNPs" developed by RIKEN GSC plant functional team.
It is possible to map the genes accurately in a short period of time because the system using the SNP based specific primers exploits the recombination happened in the different ecotypes.
